Michael Morph has been busy readying his much-anticipated album for Pure Mint, and here is the leadoff single Go Cat Go!.

Built around a mirth-making robotic voice intoning the familiar lyric from rock 'n' roll standard, 'Blue Suede Shoes', this catchy fidgety electro cut almost recalls Daft Punk in its skilful use of a simple-yet-deadly computerised vocal. Melbourne electro-pop duo Mink Engine have chosen to create new trends rather than follow old and outdated rules with the release of the double A-side first singles 'Superpad' and 'Dick Chicken'

'Superpad' showcases Askii's love of synths. The track bursts with crunchy leads and synthetic strings, and lets the music set the agenda rather than the vocals taking the limelight.

'Dick Chicken' is an MA rated deep-fried morality tale. An overlooked and well-endowed Superstar Drumstick named Richard Chicken - after having been thrown in the scrap heap - rises up from his rejection and achieves success, fame and fortune.

The highlight of these tracks is the amazingly colourful video clips that the band have created themselves.
