I heard a rumour about party throwers wearing a $3000 fine, and party goers a $300 fine. Apparently legislation passed recently. I think that this is a bullshit rumour. No government has had a sitting of parliament for a while, and aren't due back till Feb. And i don't think you can fine people for being in a public place. Has anyone else heard this? Any clarifications would be appreciated.
