Please keep us informed of any progress you have in setting up a Psy-trance site. Yes, it's true that it isn't really popular in China and there are two really big reasons. The 1st is that so many dj's are trying to emulate the success of mainstream dj's and play safe with commercial trance. The second is that the breakdowns in Psy/Goa tend to be longer than in commercial trance and the people here aren't to hot on having no beat to dance to. It really is underground music. peace.

Real tough question there.... although, I've nearly finished a new cd of chinese themed trance with 2 Goa trance tracks on it. Instead of the quasi Arabic scale (no quarter tones) they use 5 note Chinese scales. If that sounds confusing, we're talking the 1st Chinese Psytrance tracks.
