This creates an online profile for you .... yes - a web page with its own URL! Your page will be then be automatically linked from a page of user-added profiles, and later (by me) linked from the Organisation Section of SPRACI.

There are two forms to fill in:

1: The Questionairre (This one): This gives us your contact details and provides the text body of your page

2: The Page Design Form: This provides information such as your username/password (so that you can edit or delete your page later) and information about how your page will look (layout, backgrounds, images, etc)

The first four questions are silent contact details and will not appear in your profile
