BeXta —

When you look at the list of achievements of Australia’s No1 female dj and possibly the most successful hard dance producer in the countries history, you wonder how she has done it all. And when you ask Bexta that question, this quietly spoken talent admits she feels she hasn’t even started. Which makes it all the more cool. As well as the release of Mixology 9, BeXta has embarked on exposing new talent into the industry, with the development of her label, now called Mixology Digital Records. This label features new artists, as well as her own material, that are remixed by internationals and also herself.

Amber Savage —

Amber Savage is recognized as one Australia’s leading DJ’s. Appearing on the scene in 2000 as a 19 year old, she has gone from rising star to become a household name. Best known for her tough music style and vibrant personality, Amber tours Australia regularly and headlines the biggest clubs and events around the country. Amber has also been busy in the studio, making her own distinct mark on music for the dance floor and releasing her debut solo original track on vinyl late 2005 titled “Within Youâ€. More recently she has co-written her next big trancer “Apocalypse†with Archie, released on vinyl in July 2006.

DJ Claire Gearin -

Claire Gearin’s intense love for music has bred a commitment to sharing it with the people, riding the energy exchange between the booth and the dance floor, feeding the crowd as they feed her. With a wide variety of old and new sounds available at her fingertips, Claire’s sets are constantly rewarding. Claire Gearin has the ability to read the people, and transfer their energy into an atmosphere that makes any club, or party a night worth remembering!

Tara Reynolds -

Tara Reynolds is one of only a handful of international female hard house DJs.

Her ability to combine filthy turbo-charged basslines with uplifting hi-energy melodies have earmarked her as one of the few DJs who’s been able to break out of the tough London scene to command headline sets across the UK and abroad. . Her intelligent and versatile approach to DJing combined with her exuberant personality meant she easily broke through the barrier, today playing at many of the biggest parties around the globe.

Artemis -

Originally hailing from Canberra, Artemis left there at the top. She now calls Melbourne home and is quickly making a name for herself there too. Although known best for her hard uplifting sounds, she is also known for her enormous versitility. . She has great ability to get people on the floor and coupled with her unique ability to fuse different styles together to suit any set made her a formidable force in the Canberra dance music scene. This ability has earned her acclaim from many and made her one of Canberra’s most sought after DJs.

Miss Maxo -

Miss Maxo started her DJ career in 1999 after a love affair on the dance floor for many years. After a few years DJ’ing in clubs she began to get noticed by outdoor party promoters and started to play more outdoor events such as Rainbow Serpent (2002- 2006) and Earthcore (2003 - 2006) in Victoria. In 2003 she met her production partner, Rossi (”we kept bumping into each other in the park dog walking until one day we both talked about music - we happened to love the same stuff”) Rossi & Miss Maxo started to write music together soon after, and most of their song include vocals performed by themselves.

Lani G -

Subsequently becoming one of the highest profile female dj’s on the OZ circuit; performing in front of over 70,000 plus punters throughout the last 10 yrs, being asked to tour Europe with the worlds biggest names…Lani G is now launching her recording career. Signed to the Indie Label Balcony Records and Managed by the team at WHM this girl is only going to get bigger!!

Lani G has been mixing live at clubs, warehouse parties, festivals, radio and private functions for over ten years. Setting out to entice and corrupt all dance lovers with her deep and sometimes dark sounds of Tracid, Nu Rave and other tribal electronic culinary.

Kelsta -

DJ Kelsta has secured her position as one of the leaders of hard dance & tech trance in the Australian scene. Building her success around her technical ability, track selection and passion for her work, Kelsta has established herself as an exciting and innovative DJ and producer with local and international acclaim. Known for a style of hard dance & tech trance not genre bound, she has definitely taken the scene by storm and has a busy schedule that pays a tribute to her skill. Over the last 6 years, Kelsta has been invited to play at some of biggest and best Dance parties around Australia & New Zealand.

XDream -

Jamielee Howe aka DJ XDream was one of the major shakers in Canberra’s dance music scene. Now XDream has made the move to Sydney to Experience more and to pursue her Dream. XDream is amazing and exciting to watch, her stage presence and intense energy keeps the crowd pumped and the floors filled. XDream plays anything from uplifting trance right up to hard trance/hardstyle, but you’ll mostly hear her playing her unique, intense sound of uplifting, high energy banging hard trance. Being only at the beginning of her career, XDream has progressed rapidly and has found herself being booked to play all over the country.

DJ Josh -

“Music is everywhere in so many different forms it is you the listener who must accept it for what it is no matter what the style. Its what the music represents and expresses at the time of your own thoughts, it’s the subiliminal messages in the song, the feelings you create in your own heart and mind that gives you the happiness, memories, sadness, JOY and satisfaction that music brings to all of us in our daily lives; MUSIC is the answer to our problems!”

DJ Sikbitch -

Look out world — Here come’s SikBitch. Being involoved in the Industry for 8 years SikBitch’s knowledge of keeping the crowd rocking is extensive. Not one to stand still for too long, her high energy driven style infects the room with an edge of excitement and anticipation that is sure to keep ravers shuffling. Her style cannot be pigeonholed. From your old skool classics through to the latest releases and genres from fluffy trance through to banging beats, you never know what to expect from this girl except that you will leave the room satisfied… Keep your eyes and ears out for this rising star — definitely one chick who knows how to rock!

DJ Jet Girl -

I owned my own radio at the age of 6, this was in the 60’s. My knowledge of music is extensive. I bought my first vinyl a 45 single and that was I was hooked, playing at all my friends parties In the 90’s bought decks and cd player and started my own mobile dj business but it was the clubs I was hungry for I debut with my partner dj dkg at bass station in 2003 and was guest appearing for 1 year there. Other clubs I have played at are Elevation, PHD, Room 680, Eurotrash Inkerman Hotel 21st Century & Geelong. I will be playing at the Mardi Grass Festival in Nimbin NSW in May 2007.My partner dkg & I ran a sunday day club & played every week for apprxoimately 18 months at dream nite club. I play an extensive range of music from lounge house electro house progressive house & trance techno old school hard trance hardstyle hard nrg uk hard dance hard house old school and breaks.

Nikki SIG -

Nikki first hit the Melbourne Scene in 2003. Having been bitten by the Hard Dance bug in N.S.W early 2002 she realised from very early on that she was a performer. In that short time Nikki stormed onto the scene, she has done the hard yards turning out some great sets at just about every Hard/Trance/Dance night in Melbourne.Known for her charismatic style and ear for a good tune she’s attracted a huge following. Nikki Sig is a machine who brings to the mix an intoxicating blend of crackling energy, radiant charm and technical skills.
