Noodles Discotheque is the brand new record label from the producers of the cult compilation series Noodles: The Death of Cool. Noodles Discotheque is aimed directly at working disc jockeys playing the dancefloors or stirring up the radio dial. The label is operated by Si Begg, London's maverick dance producer and the disco pioneer Lenny 'The Stylus' Logan. Together they have assembled a superb roster of hot new International artists to provide cut-after-cut of quality dance music, covering a truly bewildering range of styles and tempos for an outstanding impact at any occasion.
Noodles Discotheque 001 features a barnstorming Brian Wilson tribute from Culture Cruncher called 'I Get Stupid', Tanzmuzik, Japan's finest taking a break from their recording commitments with Tokyo's Sublime Records to deliver a fantastic slice of futuristic music, an extraordinary debut from Cursor-miner, the man tipped for big things on Noodles and experimental pioneers Lo Recordings, the legendary Cabbage Head, and finally noodler extraordinare, Si Begg, provides a floor thumping ode to the No-Future collective.
