We’re celebrating fifteen years of fetish fun at The Hellfire Club (which we say makes us about 105 in nightclub years!), so we’d really like to see everyone from across our history join us in marking this extraordinary milestone. Nobody, least of all us, expected it to last this long, and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your part in creating this proudly perverse institution. Long may it continue to subvert the dominant paradigm, creating a welcoming home to those of us who probably wouldn’t be welcome anywhere else!
But before I go getting too emotional, let’s check out what’s in store;
At 11:30pm; in the jungle, the mighty jungle the lion… sleeps? Not if that lion is Miss Pole Dance Australia Candice-Leigh and certainly not if she’s being pursued by the Amazonian huntress Suzie Q (Miss Nude Australia and Penthouse Pet in June).
The Aussie Pole Girls enact their chase in their pole-filled jungle but with an interesting twist… as they explore what happens when the tables turn and the hunter becomes the hunted.
That’s right - the awesome girl-on-girl double act, with more combined titles than we can mention here, is back on the Hellfire stage... and we’re already VERY excited.
Our 1:30am show stars the glamorous Gypsy Wood, who last dazzled our Hellfire audience in May 2007. She returns with a show about the perils of beauty queens - some days they just shouldn’t get out of bed.

Lately Gypsy has been quite a busy girl, she tells us:
“I’ve been performing at the Adelaide Fringe at Club Cascadeur and am about to perform in the comedy festival in Melbourne. I’ve been appearing on Ralph TV and gave Kevin Rudd a striptease on the ABC’s Chasers War on Everything.
Apart from these highlights I’ve been performing at the Burlesque Ball and at many parties around Sydney. I am about to start teaching burlesque workshops for woman and can’t wait to be back at Hellfire.”
