Adding to an already amazing cycle class schedule; CycleHIIT, CycleCore and CycleStretch sessions are designed to smash and shred your body fast with high intensity cardio, heavier weights and mixed interval training in the dark.
On Saturday September 16, InspireCycle will be launching each of these three new sessions:
- 7:00-8:00AM: CycleHIIT mixes our classic high intensity cycle class with interval training to increase your muscular endurance and burn stubborn body fat.
- 8:15-9:15AM: CycleCore combines cycle with core work to strengthen and enhance lean muscle mass to give you visible abs and a lean waistline.
- 9:30-10:30AM: CycleStretch improves flexibility and mobility while aiding recovery. This is the perfect compliment to any workout regimen to ensure you are taking care of that hardworking body and mind.
Guests are invited to attend any of the three classes, which are run back to back on the morning with exciting sponsors, competitions and treats on the day.
