For four intense days, the flavors and aromas of Mediterranean cuisine will be the stars of a brand new festival at the Auditorium dedicated to the art of Italian cooking. Fine cuisine samples, tastings of the best regional wines, cooking classes and more will be on offer at the largest restaurant festival in the world, a concept that began in Milan some years ago and is now for the third year in the Eternal City. 18 of the best city’s greatest chefs will work together to delight the palates of discerning foodies and show off their mastery in the competitive world of gastronomy. This year you can find also a Charity Restaurants and many opportunities to have special brunch or sensational dinners.

Good news for foodies - Taste of Roma 2016's menu has just gotten a little longer. Alongside the usual three dishes proposed by each chef, a fourth course inspired by the festival's are personally chosen and executed by the chefs, adding a good dose of international flair to the Capital's culinary scene.
Dishes on offer cost between 5 and 7 'sesterzi' (a virtual coin used to pay and eat your way around the festival, translating to 1:1 euro/sesterzi) while the Icon dish is available for 10 sesterzi. - Standard entrance 16€. (Includes access to the event and all its activities excluding). - VIP Entrance 60€. (Includes access to the event and its activities in addition to a series of benefits and comprised '25 sesterzi- 25euro')
