MIND FLUX FUNERAL:
Can be defined as hardcore torture tekk which in loose terms translates to a chaotic unleashing of vocals and sound chanting back the ills within which we live. Tony Smith (Vocals)and Jason Prost(Percussion) formed MindFluxfuneral in early 1993. They released their first ep in the spring of 94.

Since their initial release mindFluxFuneral has appeared on numerous compliations, released multiple EP's, worked with dozens of other bands, and performed all across the Midwest United States.

In 1997 mindFluxFuneral complied many of their best tracks and put them together into their first full length release birthMark. The album was released by Doppler Effect Records. The album featured chaotic ritual like tracks such as 'Hatred' and 'Infected', floor pounding tracks such as 'Dream it Dead' and mood driven spaces such as 'Melting Spirit'.

With a new album, Teatres De Revelacion, (released on Bit Riot/WTII Records) MFF shows that it is a fierce rebirth of mechanized sounds and vocals aggravated by vast media, technology and the industrial rock/metal movement of the late 80s (Skinny Puppy, KMFDM, Ministry) mindFluxFuneral have not only reinvented the power chord with this edgy, aggressive, electro album, they have also supplied us with our future anthems. Guest vocalists from Emileigh Rohn of Chiasm and Guitar work done by Nikk of Marazene.

Mind Flux Funeral has begun work on their second BitRiot release, which should be released by spring of '09. With both members in demand form their production skills 2008 see's j.prost working in the studio with Cyanotic,Marazene, Y-Luk-O, and Breath and Decay, while t.smith is producing Flutters new album and developing video's for Flux's current singles.
AM.PSYCH:

Making the trek from Wisconsin for this special event, Am.Psych is made up of members John Verbos (vocals, programming), David Manning
(bass), Meg(live keys) and Rusty J (guitar). Am.psych is a coldwave revival, offset by
synth-rich ebm influences. Since February of 2003, they've played at many
venues across the mid-west, dedicating heavy support to fellow local Milwaukee artists and friends such as Incekt and Lockjaw. They have also logged some
measure of time in more lucrative one-off bookings, such as in support of Skinny Puppy at Milwaukee's Rave/Eagle's Ballroom in November of 2004 and Acumen Nation/Project .44 in September of 2005 and with Chemlab in 2007.

Gradually clawing their way toward some semblance of local notoriety, Am.psych incorporates a stylized blend of crunchy, harsh and hateful angst with smooth, digital synths to create their trademark sound, a musical barrage that those who've seen their show have come to expect. This growing performance reputation promises that the am.psych of the future is not something to be missed
or ignored. After an amazing performance this past January along side Invisible Records recording artists; Project. 44 and then again in March supporting I:scintilla and Lockjaw, Am.Psych retreated to the studio to start recording their first EP. This will be your first chance to hear a lot of their new songs as well as to be able to see the band that turned many seasoned heads at their previous Darkroom show….

FRENCH HORN REBELLION:
Started by the solo production efforts of Rob Perlick-Molinari at Northwestern University, French Horn Rebellion is a fusion of the old, the new, and just about everything in between. Originally created as a side project it soon steamed into a full band.

At that point, the band gained a new live dimension as well as new creative life with Rob's instant friendship with guitarist PA Balson and drummer Erik Osmund. 6months,15shows and a following of 100+ local fans, the group decided to revamp.

Studying abroad, Erik Osmund was temporarily left out of the band. In his stead, Reed Walker has taken the helms and saw the group expanded from a trio to a full 5 piece band, adding Chris Dammann(bass) and Andrew Haynie (keys, sax, vocals) to the group.

French Horn Rebellion was officially featured on an MTVU Easter promo with a large muscular woman, the :25 second spot with "Up All Night" playing the entire time was run crosschannel-- including plays on MTV and MTV2. Yeah, so FHR is officially a trend setter now especially when you take into account their remixing of This is Ivy League and Shannon's "Let the Music Play" among othersas well as co-production credit on MGMT's EP (before the band was signed to Columbia Records.)
In their live set, the group has opened for artists ranging from "Trash Yourself" to "Gnarls Barkley," and has performed across the Unites States and Europe to crazy fans around the world.

What is the French Horn Rebellion? Are they disgruntled french horn players? Maybe...but probably not..but they are a rebellion! And one thing for certain is that they are freaken angry! (and plan on seeing a much darker heavier set for this special show!)
