I am reading this book at 3:00 today and this doctor is trying to link music with
depression an the effects that media has on todays youth ...hah...
i dont blame media with the deprssion levels in todays youth
i blame all the shit we have to deal with devorse, terrorism, the lack in faith (dont get me
wrong im no jesus freak but heh ya gotta belive in somethin right)
in humanity not to mention the fact that the hole worlds gone to shit as of late
(dont know what im talkin about watch the news)
but the one thing that youth today has to make them feel better about life & themselfs is
music
i listen to these five songs when im feeling down and then...heh its
top of the world ma !!!!!!!

in the end -linkin park
decent-fear factory
overcome-live
broken-seether FEAT amy lee
prayer-disterbed

so i leave ya with this who do you blame for todays depression &
have you got a all time top 5 you listen to when ya feeling blue

P.S
IM WELL AWERE THAT THESE A DEPRESSING SONG'S
(supposedly)
but...hay !
i feel better when i listen to them

Sarah Maclachlan- Arms of the Angel
Linkin Park- Numb
Xavier Rudd- Let it Be
Cranberries - Daffodil Lament
Alanis Morriset- Uninvited

Yes...long story short..world sux. I avoid watching the news...yes it is ignorant but,
most of it I don't need to know. The tsunami thing was pretty upsetting, after that, and
previous world issues, I decided against watching the news. It's also harder to find your
own spiritual beliefs these days, still deciding what to believe in. Just hope that
there's something good out there, up there??!!
Music is an excellent release for fellings. It has been proven that new born babies sleep
much better in hospital if they can here soothing music. Music is so powerful to the soul
and it joins people together without any effort.
